Lake Arbutus Drawdown
Attention Lake Arbutus Users!
Effective September 5th, 2017 Black River Partners will begin drawing down Lake Arbutus .5 feet a day until the lake is lowered approximately 5.5 feet. This draw down is expected to remain until Spring of 2019. As more information becomes available and the situation develops, Clark County Forestry and Parks will keep you updated. Russell Memorial Park Pavilions
Clark County parks have pavilions of varying size and amenities. These pavilions can be reserved and rented by the day for a variety of occasions and gatherings. Groups with reservations always have higher priority over casual park visitors as the pavilion has been set aside for their uses.

Click "Find A Park Pavilion" to browse & reserve the pavilions available at this location. If you have questions about pavilions or their amenities, please contact either the Russell Memorial campground office at (715) 333-7948 or the Forestry & Parks business office at (715) 743-5140.

Reservations can only be made at the park during open season, or anytime online. Reservations can also be made at the Forestry & Parks Business Office at 517 Court Street - Room 103, Neillsville, WI 54456 (715) 743-5140. Reservations are taken up to a maximum of 400 days in advance of check-in date, must be made at least 3 (three) days in advance of check-in date, and reserve for a minimum of one day. Within three (3) days all unreserved pavilions are first come first serve.
